MindStream Coaching Packages

All Coaching Packages Include:

  • Hogan Personality Assessment: Administration conducted virtually.
  • Hogan Analysis and Debrief: A 90-minute virtual session with the client to review the assessment results.
  • Life History Interview: An in-depth discussion of your life from childhood to present.
  • 360 Interviews: The client provides the names of four colleagues. The coach interviews them to gather anonymous feedback, which is then shared with the client and utilized in the development of the Professional Growth Plan (PGP).
  • Professional Growth Plan: Development of a customized plan.
  • 1-on-1 Virtual Coaching Sessions: The client and coach meet approximately every two weeks for one-hour sessions.

1-on-1 Coaching Session Packages:

  • Package 1 : 6 sessions for $3,000 (3 months)
  • Package 2 : 13 sessions for $6,300 (6 months)
  • Package 3 : 18 sessions for $8,300 (9 months)
  • Package 4 : 26 sessions for $11,800 (1 year)

Hogan Personality Assessment Only:

Hogan Personality Assessment and 90-minute Analysis and Debrief : $1,400, which includes a comprehensive review of your data as well as a suite of customized Hogan reports.

Talent Acquisition and Development:

MindStream Coaching also administers the Hogan Personality Assessment for talent evaluation during the interview process and for current employees being considered for promotion. Please inquire about customized rates and packages.

Upon request, I offer team and group training sessions (available virtually or onsite). Some examples of these training topics include:
